I'm a technology executive with over a decade of experience building and scaling engineering organizations in fast-paced environments.
As the former CTO of Rohlik Group, a leading European e-grocery unicorn, I led the technology transformation that supported the company's growth from €22M to €712M in revenue. I built and managed a team of over 220 engineers, drove expansion into 5 European markets, and successfully navigated challenges like COVID-19 crisis management and multiple fundraising rounds (Series B, C, D, and E).
Currently, as SVP of Engineering at Shipmonk, I lead a 90+ member product development organization across the US and Europe, continuing to improve development productivity and set processes for scale.
